Going to therapy is one of the bravest things to do and I want to walk with you on that path of healing. As someone who has been on both sides of the therapeutic relationship, I understand the work and rewards that a positive therapy experience can make and I am honored to be a part of this field. I have had the privilege of working with a variety of clients working to better themselves and find healing from trauma, substance use, discrimination, anxiety, self-harm, and more. I want every client to feel like they are a key part of their healing journey because they are.

With advanced training in behavioral health, exercise, trauma-informed yoga, psychotherapy, and trauma, coupled with my ongoing doctoral studies in sport, exercise, and performance psychology, I strive to holistically integrate my diverse expertise to create personalized and effective treatment plans for each individual.

I always tell clients that you first must take care of yourself before you can take care of anyone else. You are worth the time, the effort, and the work. I believe that everyone deserves the chance to live fully, authentically, and healthily. Working with you, your family, or your child would be my absolute privilege.

ABOUT

Nature Lover, Dog Mom, Total Nerd, Practicing Yogi, Energizer Bunny, Aspiring Homesteader, and Armature Adventurer

I have always been an energetic and curious human, always wanting to try new things and learn from everyone and everything, all the while laughing when I can. I understand that the journey we call life is not a straightforward one and there are often many crossroads, downed trees, and surprises along the way. While this journey can be an interesting one, I fully believe it is one we can embrace, learn from, and find peace in.

My journey has been a winding one, leading me to different states, academic experiences, and growth opportunities. This path has allowed me to gain experience working with acute and chronic trauma, high-level athletes, aspiring law students, substance use and addiction disorders, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and much more. While each and every individual I have worked with has been unique in their own way, they have all shared the common goal of bettering themselves, healing, and finding their authentic path through life. I always strive to meet every individual where they are at and tailor my approach to meet their unique needs and preferences. That being said, I also hope to help individuals fully experience their life, even the uncomfortable parts, as we work towards healing.

Outside of my work, I love spending time with my partner and our fur babies as well as my friends and family. I am always itching to get outside, read a new book, hit the gym, play in the garden, or plan my next adventure. I believe that we all deserve to grow, heal, and thrive.
