Approach
Strength-Based approach rooted in Person Centered, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and CBT theories.
I am passionate about being a supportive therapist. I believe in offering a safe, judgment-free space to foster self-discovery. I meet my clients where they are at and hope to support them in leaning into the discomfort to grow and reach their goals. We all have different experiences and I do not pretend to be an expert on my client’s life. I let them lead the way and tell me their story while supporting them in learning new skills, acceptance, and discovering new approaches to life struggles.
ABOUT
Wife, Animal Lover, Foodie, World Travel, Advocate
I am from Buffalo, NY and though I love my city I have enjoyed living in new and diverse places. I am a wife to an active duty Marine. With the military lifestyle traveling is guaranteed and I love it; exploring new places is my favorite activity. We have one rottweiler, Taz and an orange tabby cat, Tater Tot, and they love to travel with us. Aside from exploring and traveling, I love to read, spend time with friends and family, listen to classic rock music, and eat yummy food. My life experiences have led me to be
non-judgmental, empathic and have a deep care for others.
