A multitude of experiences have allowed our paths to cross, and I am honored to be part of your journey toward growth and healing. I strive to provide you with the authenticity and openness I hope to receive as we explore your story. My goal is to collaboratively approach your struggles with compassion, challenge the perceptions that are holding you back, and work toward a rewarding future. I am here to provide a safe space for your self-exploration, cheer you on, and push you to take the next step.

ABOUT

Cat Mom, Traveler, Coffee Lover, Amateur Crocheter

I approach life with a natural curiosity which is why I love exploring, traveling, and I resonate strongly with the idea of lifelong learning. You can catch me reading three books at once, binge listening to podcasts, snuggling with my cats, or trying (mostly unsuccessfully) to teach myself how to read crochet patterns. As a recovering perfectionist, I understand how hard it is to face challenges with self-compassion but I have also felt how healing it can be to do so. I am happy to support, challenge, and advocate for you until you are ready to take on that role for yourself.
