Approach

Strength based, person centered, CBT and solution focused therapy

Everyone has a story, and I want to help you write yours. I believe the world offers too many great opportunities to let ourselves get stuck.  Sometimes it's hard to see beyond what is right in front of us.  Together, we can look around and see that even though we struggle (and we all do from time to time) there is a way past it.

Having worked in a clinical hospital setting for many years, I have a strong understanding of procedures, protocols, and ethics. I have spent the last few years specifically helping people explore patterns that are holding them back from fully living. My goal is to provide a safe and collaborative space for clients by using curiosity, self-compassion, and a non-judgmental stance while meeting you exactly where you are. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey.

ABOUT

Life Storms Conqueror, Positive Change Instigator, Inner Power Unleasher, Second Chance Believer, Wife, Friend, Advocate

I am interested in different cultures, histories, and most of all, cuisines. What I love most about traveling is the opportunity to meet new people and experience new cultures. I believe being able to understand different places and cultures allows for personal and professional growth and overall a greater understanding and appreciation for our differences. My passion is to hear your story, learn more about your life experiences, and explore options to help you grow and thrive.

When I am not working, you'll most likely find me in the kitchen or watching a hockey game with my dog, Rosie (who is also an avid Pittsburgh Penguins fan).  Human connection is so important to me. I advocate for those who need a voice and will "hold space" as long as necessary. Channel your inner courage and know that I will "have your back".

I love life and people. I am curious and adventurous, and believe every challenge is an opportunity.
